World’s football legend, Lionel Messi has revealed that he is not retiring anytime soon from international football as perceived by many football pundits and supporters.
The Argentine hero made the comment after Argentina winning the 2022 FIFA World Cup tournament held at Qatar.
Lionel Messi was also adjudged as the Best Player at the tournament.
Prior to the finals of the mundial, there were perceptions that Messi would quit international football after the event and therefore optimistic of winning the trophy he has been yearning for over the years.
However, the player has indicated that he will continue to play for Argentina as a FIFA World Cup champion and that he is not ready going to retire.
