Rebecca Yeboah, the District Chief Executive for Atwima Nwabiagya North District in the Ashanti region has debunked allegations that, controversial teacher , Abena Serwah Mankosa who alleged feeding pupils at Anin- Nkrumah is false and should not be regarded.
According to the DCE, 100% of schools in the Atwima Nwabiagya North District have access to feeding program and the teacher’s act is a clear sign of fraud.
She added, the teacher confirmed to the Education Directorate she is having NGO with the brother and hence that act to portray she is working in the name of her entity.
This revelation came through as the Ashanti Regional Feeding Program Directorate paid a working visit to Anin Nkrumah D/ A Primary School to enquire about the allegations and find a headway.
The District Chief Executive, Rebecca Yeboah also debunked allegations that the culprit phone was ceased adding that, the teacher brought her phone in a meeting for recording to media houses without the consent of the Education Directorate and the Assembly at large.
Nana Akwasi Kyere spoke with Mrs Mary Duodu, Ashanti Regional Director of Feeding Program about the incident and the way forward as she stated the teacher is not a caterer of the school but rather a fraudster using the feeding program for her parochial interest.
