Former Asante Kotoko midfielder Richard Mpong has expressed disappointment of not having a manager in his career, saying he wouldn’t have signed some contracts.
The 31-year-old has spent a chunk of his career in the country featuring Gamba All Blacks, Medeama, Asante Kotoko, Aduana Stars and Elmina Sharks.
He is currently a free agent after leaving Elmina Sharks at the expiration of his contract.
Mpong joined Kotoko from Medeama in 2012 and according to him, he would have earned more money considering his form at the time with a manager.
In an interview with Sylvester Ntim of Aben FM in Koforidua, Mpong indicated he wouldn’t have signed for Kotoko if he had a manager at the time.
