Recently, National Democratic Congress (NDC) supporters praised actress Lydia Forson for her frequent Twitter criticisms of the Nana Addo-led administration’s poor leadership.
Due to the fact that she is not the political party’s spokesperson, the outspoken actress has made it obvious to NDC followers that they should stop praising her.
According to Lydia Forson, she has never served as the NDC’s spokesman, and she won’t begin now.
The actress described how some NDC thugs intimidated and assaulted her after she spoke out against the former John Mahama-led administration.
“Dear some NDC people, I’m not your voice and I’ve never been; I also remember the verbal attacks from 2015. Don’t come and fool in my comments this morning,” the actress wrote in an Open letter on Twitter to NDC supporters.
The actress called the NDC’s compliments dishonest and said that party members were cheering her because her criticism of the government benefited them.
