Father Michael Quaicoo, Director of Governance, Justice and Peace with the Catholic Bishops Conference is optimistic Cardinal Peter Appiah Turkson from Ghana can be elected as the next Pope of the Catholic Church.
According to him, the favour of God and trust from the 120 elected Cardinals are the only means for Cardinal Turkson to to rise to the highest position.

The other frontorunners are Philippine Cardinal Luis Tagle, Hungarian Cardinal Peter Erdo, Cardinal Pietro Parolin; the Holy Seeβs secretary of state and Italyβs Matteo Zuppi.
