Former Deputy General Secretary Samuel Koku Anyidoho has said that it will be a political doom for the NDC if the party allow the National Chairman, Johnson Asiedu Nketiah, to continue his tenure as National Chairman.
He asserted that if Mr. Nketiah is not removed from power immediately, ‘the party will fail’.
“We can’t continue with him, we will get him out,” Mr. Anyidoho asserted.
Since he organised a switch-up of the minority leaders in parliament, Johnson Asiedu Nketiah’s chairmanship has come under scrutiny.
He, has, argued on numerous occasions that the shift is “positive for the party” and that the NDC will win the next election under the new leadership.
“Just within a month in office, he tarnished the image of the Chairmanship role,” he said on NEAT FM’s morning show, ‘Ghana Montie’.
However, many people, including Koku Anyidoho, believe that his leadership will actually hurt the NDC more.
