Ludogorets Razgrad forward Bernard Tekpetey is happy to secure Champions League qualification with the side, saying it will be his biggest desire to play in the competition.
With four games to spare, Tekpetey’s side has wrapped up the Bulgarian championship title following a 3-1 victory against Beroe last Tuesday.
This means Ludogorets will be playing in the top-flight European competition next season.
Tekpetey who is on loan from the German side Schalke 04 in an interview with Wontumi FM expressed his joy in securing qualification with the team and said it will be his biggest desire.
“It’s a plus and big desire for me to play in the champions league next season together with my teammates and I think we will prepare well for the competition,” he said.
Tekpetey has played 31 times in all competitions, scoring 1 goal and adding 8 assists to his credit.
