John Amanam use to be a Movie special effect artist before launching his company Immortal Cosmetic Art in 2017.
Immortal Cosmetics Art produces prosthetic hands, legs, fingers, toes, ears, noses and its located in Uyo,Nigeria.
He narrated “I became emotional about amputees, they had a feeling of discomfort whenever they are around people, I saw this as a challenge, if I could give back or solve this need”.
“It will go a long way to ease their emotional trauma and loss of confidence, I just want them to feel at home and be whole”
John said his company has served over 2000 clients from more that 60 countries”.
In 2020, he was granted a patent as the first Nigerian to produce a hyper-realistic flesh cover for dark-skinned people.
