Paa George has heaped praises on former President John Dramani Mahama’s generosity and tags him as a very decent individual.
At the funeral of the late Super OD, the experienced actor, whose performing career spans over two decades, said he met paths with the leader of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC).
Every three months, John Mahama, according to him, sends food and cash to him and other experienced artists and actresses.
“Mahama is a decent person.” He and God are responsible for my current strength. Since OD died and we attended his funeral with him, he’s been extremely nice.
He met with us and a few other elderly actors and actresses at the funeral, and he has looked after us ever since. He provides us grains and oil once every three months, as well as sardines. For the time being, he adds money to cover our necessities.
We meet at Mr Mensah’s house, but he doesn’t show up; Mr Beautiful takes care of it. He takes care of us and the wives of late performers. He continues to look after us even if he is no longer President. Such individuals are deserving of our gratitude. During a recent interview on TV XYZ, he said, “I’ve never been to his property, and I’m not very familiar with it.”
