John Boadu, the General Secretary of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), ex-President John Mahama should be grateful to President Nana Akufo-Addo.
To Mr. Boadu, John Mahama should be thankful to President Akufo-Addo for how the president has battled with the novel coronavirus which has indeed helped John Mahama to embark on a Thank You tour.
Adding that most countries do not have the leverage to embark on such tours, especially amid the coronavirus pandemic, hence appreciation will be a step in the right direction.
Speaking on Accra TV station, Mr. John Boadu made this assertion.
“Mahama has been able to go on the tour because we managed covid-19 well in the country. In the whole of Africa, we are one of the countries with the lowest mortalities,” he stated.
