Ghanaian duo of Jordan Ayew and Jeffery Schlupp have been nominated for the Goal of the Season at Crystal Palace.
The Ghanaian footballers have been impressive for Palace, who has been in a good run of form under new manager, Oliver Glasner.
Ayew’s goal classy goal against Tottenham Hotspurs and Everton have earned nomination whiles his compatriot, Schlupp’s remarkable strike against Fulham at the weekend earns a place in the shortlist.
Both Ayew and Schlupp goals are among the 16 goals selected for the prestigious accolade.
They are expected to face a stiffer competition from teammates like Michael Olise, Ebere Eze, Jesse Derry, Jefferson Lerma, Joachim Andersen, Danny Imray, Shauna Guyyat, Araya Dennis, Shanade Hopcroft and others
These nominations include outstanding goals from various teams within the club, spanning across the men’s, women’s, U-18, and U-21 teams.
Fans of the club are expected to vote to choose the best goal of the season.
