Ghanaian sprinter Joseph Paul Amoah has been chosen as the captain and flagbearer for Team Ghana at the upcoming Paris 2024 Olympics. He will compete in the 4x100m men’s event in Track and Field.
Currently, Team Ghana is in camp in Strasbourg, fine-tuning their preparations before moving to the Olympic Village in Paris on July 21st, 2024.
The 2024 Paris Olympic Games commence on July 26th, and Team Ghana is eager to showcase their skills and make their nation proud.
According to the President of the Ghana Olympic Committee (GOC), Mr. Ben Nunoo Mensah, the team is expected to improve upon their achievement at Tokyo 2020, where they won a bronze medal in boxing.
