AWAL ADAM OF NOPRAS FM APPEALS TO PRESIDENT MAHAMA TO CONSIDER HON. OZAY AS MCE
Mr. Awal Adam, Manager of NORPAS FM, was shocked to see about 10 people waiting at Hon. Charles Darko Yeboah’s (Hon. Ozay) house for morning assistance. Despite facing financial difficulties due to politics, Hon. Ozay continues to support his community.
Hon. Ozay’s situation is a stark contrast to his past, where he had a thriving business empire, including a block factory, schools, cold stores, and equipment rentals. However, his involvement in politics led to significant income loss, leaving him with only a secondary school.
As a broadcast manager, Mr. Awal Adam pleads with President John Mahama to appoint Hon. Ozay to a position, recognizing his selfless contributions. Residents and grassroots members of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in Abuakwa North are also urging President Mahama to consider Hon. Ozay for the position of Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) for the area.
The people waiting at Hon. Ozay’s house, including NDC members, believe that since he was a candidate for the area and they voted for him, he must cater to their living expenses. However, without an appointment, Hon. Ozay can no longer support the people as he is doing, highlighting the need for a more sustainable solution.
Hon. Ozay’s dedication to the NDC and the Abuakwa North community is truly inspiring. His selflessness, despite facing financial difficulties, has earned him the respect and admiration of many.
