Karela United have bolstered their squad with eight new players ahead of the second round of the 2019/2020 Ghana Premier League season.
Asante Kotoko pair Kingsley Osei Effah and Evans Owusu have joined the club on a six-month loan deal after struggling for playing time under coach Maxwell Konadu.
Ex-Asante Kotoko and WAFA midfielder Umar Bashiru has also joined the Aiyinase based club from Wa Suntaa as well as former Black Satellites forward Umar Abdul Basit from second-tier side New Edubiase United.
Bekwai Youth Academy also parted ways with two highly-rated players Thomas Gyawu and Richard Berko who joined Karela United on the transfer deadline day.
Karela United also signed former Asante Kotoko and Medeama ace Bennett Ofori Ansu and Lawrence Owusu on a free transfer.
Karela United are currently 17 on the league table with 11 points, six points from safety after 15 matches played thus far.
