A gutter at the premises of the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Authority (DVLA) office in Koforidua the Eastern Regional capital has been choked with filth and debris from waste materials generated in relation to the operations of the authority.
Mybrytfmonline.com was shocked to notice that such a revered office will leave its gutter to be in such a mess to the extent that green algae have been formed in the gutter.
