A snake was mysterious found in a bullion van belonging to Mon-tran limited friday September 23,2022 in Koforidua,the Eastern regional capital.
The vehicle was parked among fleet of bullion vans of the company at the premises of Akyaa House building near Gallaway traffic light.
The vehicle failed to ignite when the driver attempted to do so at about 8:30am .
The driver opened the bonnet out of anxiety to check what might be wrong only to see a big snake coiled around the engine.
The driver raised alarm which attracted other drivers,workers and passerbys to the scene.
It took them 30 minutes to kill the snake.This was after the fire extinguisher was sprayed on the snake many times forcing it to attempt to run away in lateral undulation.
It was killed with multiple strikes of stick on the head while running away.
The driver of the vehicle looked traumatized with the development.
Some eyewitness around tried to associate the incident to spiritual attack targeted at the driver .
