“The deceased immediately at our arrival demanded to put on oxygen but the nurses were demanding for his hospital card before proceeding. How can you ask for a card while the person is about dying” a la dy friend who brought the deceased to the facility queried.
“We thought people with emergency cases needs to be attended to even before anything follows, but with SDA, the card was more important to them than the human being (deceased), some aggrieved friends stated.
Meanwhile, some nearby residents who throned to the scene also shared past ugly encounters with the hospital and questioned why people keep patronosing their services.
Others also complained they have lost their family members and friends at the facility sometime back due to negligence and poor services rendered at the hospital.
