Kumasi Asante Kotoko players have finally agreed to accept a 30% salary cut.
The Ghana Football Association (GFA) suspended the 2019/20 football season after President Akufo Addo issued a directive to ban all social gatherings.
Football in the country has come to a standstill since March 15 following the outbreak of the virus.
However, players plying their trade on the local scene were asked to emulate the Europeans who have agreed to salary cut.
It was reported last month that the management of the club and the players have agreed on a pay cut.
However, the reports was quashed by the hierarchy of the club.
But report gathered indicates that, the players have agreed to management decision to slash down their salaries to relieve the club from their burden due to coronavirus outbreak.
