Black Stars new head coach Chris Hughton will officially be unveiled in Kumasi on Monday, 20th March, 2023, mybrytfmonline.com can confirm.
The new coach takes over from former coach Otto Addo who resigned from the job after abysmal performance at the Qatar world cup in January.
The unveiling ceremony is expected to come off at the SG Mall in Ayigya-Kumasi at 10am.
Even though details of his contract is yet to be made public, the coach is expected to lead the Black Stars to next year’s AFCON and possibly win the trophy after years of drought and also qualify the team to the next world cup.
Chris Hughton first test will be AFCON qualifiers double-header against Angola on Thursday, March 23 at the Baba Yara stadium with the return game in Angola on Monday, March 27.
The unveiling will attract many people from the football and sports fraternity, former and active footballers as well as many supporters of the national team.
