The Kwahu East District Chief Executive, Hon Isaac Agyapong has charged Persons Living with Disabilities to vote massively for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the December general election.
Hon Isaac Agyapong recounted the support the NPP government has offered to the PWDs and other numerous projects in the District.
He said the NPP-led government has fulfilled the majority of its campaign promises and initiating lots of programs that brought development and transformation into the lives of the people, especially persons living with disabilities, therefore, “let’s vote for a government that truly cares for PWDs.”
Hon Isaac Agyapong made this statement when he met PWDs in his jurisdiction, said PWDs in Kwahu East District has witnessed massive socio-economic development under the NPP-led administration, hence the need to give them four more years.
He said, politics is all about development, so it was important to vote for people who championed the development of the country and urged the people to renew the mandate of President Akufo-Addo.
He said the NPP attitude and interventions speak volumes for PWDs in the country and are determined to improve their livelihood.
He, therefore, assured the NPP government that an increase in votes in Abetifi Constituency will compensate for a decrease in votes in an unknown Constituency.
