Ghanaian goalkeeper Lawrence Ati-Zigi’s holidays have been extended for one week at Swiss side St Gallen following his involvement in the Black Stars games.
During the international break, Ghana played two international friendly matches against Morocco and Ivory Coast, a game the Black Stars failed to record a win.
The team lost 1-0 to Morocco at the FAR Sportive stadium before playing a 0-0 draw with the Elephants of the Ivory Coast.
Ati-Zigi who did not feature against the Atlas Lions returns to the starting line-up against Ivory Coast stadium after Razak Abalora’s howler in Morocco’s encounter.
On Sunday, St. Gallen started their pre-season training; however, due to Ati-Zigi’s involvement in the Black Stars, the side has extended his holidays for a week.
