Apostle Solomon Boakye Agyeman, Rector of New Life Bible Seminary and General Overseer of New Life Mission Church International, has warned that Ghana’s leaders will face divine punishment for allowing the destruction of the land by galamsey operators.
According to him, the rampant illegal mining activities are a result of the involvement of influential individuals, including some men of God, political leaders and chiefs.
Apostle Agyeman emphasized that the fight against galamsey is hindered by political interests and urged Ghanaians to take the issue seriously.
He made these remarks during the matriculation ceremony of 12 new students at New Life Bible Seminary in Asuofua, Ashanti Region.
The Apostle also advised the new students to study diligently to become good men of God.
Additionally, he cautioned men of God against conflicts over places of worship and preaching the gospel alongside roads, which he believes tarnishes the image of pastors and the work of God.
