The Former Member of Parliament for Bibiani Ahwianso Bekwai Constituency in the erstwhile Provisional National Defense Council (PNDC), Hon. Kwame Darko, has emphatically stated that the NDC supporters should kindly respect the decision of the national executive to shake up the minority caucus instead of following the dust the NPP is throwing on the airwaves.
Hon. Kwame Darko brought this to bare when section of the party functionaries became furious about the decision to take out Haruna Iddrisu, Muntaka Mohammed for the new leadership to take over from them in parliamentary affairs.
He expressed the decision is to help the party to organise well and capitalise on the recent happenings in government and to explain things to Ghanaians to vote massively for the NDC in the 2024 general elections.
He used the opportunity to appeal to all party members to stay focus and united to avoid tribal politics to separate them.
He, therefore, urged party members not to sway by the propaganda agenda of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), but advised that the president Akufo Addo must do the needful to reshuffle his ministers since Ghanaians are suffering from the economic hardships.
