Jubilee House – President John Dramani Mahama on Thursday received the outgoing Ambassadors of Angola, Malta, and France and expressed Ghana’s gratitude for their dedicated service in strengthening bilateral ties and advancing economic cooperation.
With Ambassador João Domingos Baptista Quiosa of Angola, they discussed deepening collaboration and knowledge-sharing, especially in oil and gas and renewable energy, and celebrated the growth in cocoa cultivation and educational exchanges between the two countries.
Ambassador Jean Claude Galea Mallia of Malta served in Ghana for over seven years and leaves with strong personal bonds. We agreed to build on the momentum under AfCFTA, as Malta–Ghana trade continues to grow.
With France’s Ambassador Jules Armand Aniambossou, we welcomed the expanding French business footprint in Ghana, now at 60 companies.
The two discussed creating an even more conducive business environment, as France supports entrepreneurs in the creative sector with €2 million and invests over €90 million in Feed Ghana initiatives in the northern belt.
