Founder and General overseer of Potters Ville Church international and also UN Peace Ambassador, Bishop Samuel Owusu has expressed his view on the fight against COVID-19.
According to Bishop Samuel Owusu, the president should make Covid-19 testing free for all Ghanaians to stop the spread of the virus.
On the update of Nana Akufo-Addo, the President of the Republic of Ghana he revealed that if the number of active cases of COVID-19 continues to increase at the current rate, he will have no option but to re-impose restrictions because it is better to be safe than to be sorry.
Bishop Samuel Owusu, however, called on Ghanaians to ensure that they respect the protocols to avert the spread, and the president should also do his best to make the testing free.
President Nana Akufo-Addo made this known in his Update No. 22 delivered on Sunday night, January 17, 2021.
He said,” We do not want to go back to the days of partial lockdowns, which hurt our economy and our way of life.”
Bishop also said the government is doing his best to fight the pandemic but unless he does free testing for Ghanaians, it will be difficult.
