Mr. Palgrave Boakye Danquah, one of the aspirants of the just ended NPP parliamentary primaries at Abuakwa North on Saturday the 10th of February 2024 came to apologize to the Constituency Chairman and the executives.The apology is in relation to the unfortunate rumored incident that happened on the day of the elections.
It will be recalled that in the early hours of Saturday the 27th of January 2024, delegates who were about to go to the elections center to cast their votes were called to Mr Palgrave Boakye Danquah’s house for a meeting before the cast of the vote.
Delegates who went to Mr. Boakye Danquah’s House after the meeting and receiving their package were asked to make a vow/promise with an egg in the absence of Mr. Danquah.
An incident upon reaching the notice of Mr Boakye-Danquah who was absent was received with so much anger and displeasure at the teams approach. As such moves were not approved by him and ever discussed.
He took the opportunity to apologise on behalf of his team and brought clarity to the issues.
He was accompanied by some party faithfuls and pledged his support to the incumbent MP and New Candidate of NPP.
