A man has been killed by unknown assailants in an uncompleted building near the office of the National Investigation Bureau (NIB) formerly known as the Bureau of National Investigations (BNI) in Koforidua.
The incident is believed to have occurred Wednesday morning.
The name of the deceased is however yet to be identified.
Mybrytfmonline.com has gathered that the unknown assailant(s) attacked the victim multiple times with a knife before he died.
A knife and mobile phone with bloodstains were found beside the body.
Police went to the scene Wednesday afternoon to convey the body to the morgue.
An investigation has commenced into the incident as no arrest has been made yet
