The newly elected NPP chairman for the Manso Adubia constituency in the Ashanti region has hinted that he is prepared to partner both the District Chief Executive, Hon Clement Opoku Gyamfi and the member of parliament for the area who doubles as a deputy minister for Food and Agriculture, Hon Yaw Frimpong Addo, popularly called Ogundey to address and fix most the deplorable road network in the Manso Adubia district which has been a major source of worry to the chiefs, elders, opinion leaders and the good people of Manso Adubia.
Mr Kofi Acheampong, who is also a businessman and a Real Estate Developer with a good track record made the remarks after being declared the winner of last week’s NPP constituency elections held in the Amansie south district.
Mr Kofi Acheampong noted that it’s undeniable fact that the road leading from Manso Mim through to Manso Tontokrom and other communities within the district is good but he is assuring the good people in the district that, the Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo led NPP government will put the roads in a better shape to address the challenges of commercial cars who normally complain of regular servicing of their cars which cost them a lot due to the deplorable nature of the roads.
The newly elected Manso Adubia Npp chairman also promised of building a party office of the NPP in the district capital at Manso Adubia because the party do not have its own office to help in the day to day administration of the party in the constituency.
Mr Kofi Acheampong used the opportunity to appeal to the teeming NPP faithful, sympathisers and members to rally their unflinching support to all the newly elected constituency officers and pray for them to deliver on their task so that the party can retain the parliamentary seat and win massively come 2024 general elections.
