A mechanic has been found dead after a heavy downpour.
The deceased identified as Sowah was found motionless with his head down while sitting in a motorized tricycle popularly known as Pragia which was parked.
He was rushed to Akyem Tafo Government Hospital but was pronounced dead on arrival.
“Bro. Sowah, a mechanic at Ati beside the CAC church is dead. He was pronounced dead at the Tafo Hospital on Monday night after a heavy downpour.
He was seen sitting in a parked “Pragia” but his head was on the floor off from the “Pragia at about 9:00pm on Monday after the rains. He was rushed to the hospital only to be pronounced dead” Citizen Kofi of Akyem administrator of Akyem Tafo News said.
The cause of his death is yet to be established.
The body has been deposited at the morgue.
