Ghana Premier League side Medeama have parted ways with forward Isaac Agyenim Boateng after a four-year stint, the club announced on Thursday.
The 25-year-old leaves the Yellow and Mauve at the expiration of his contract.
The former Asante Kotoko youth star struggled for game time under new coach Yaw Preko.
The two parties have reached an agreement, allowing the player to leave after the end of his contract.
“We would like to announce the departure of forward Isaac Agyenim Boateng,” a statement on club website read.
“The forward spent four seasons in Tarkwa, contributing significantly to the team’s involvement in the league and the FA Cup.
“He joined Medeama from Asante Kotoko in May 2017.
“We would like to thank Agyenim for his immense service.”
