Judging from his incomparable achievements as a real estate developer, Mr Frank Aboagye Danyansah, a leading member of the Progressive Peoples Party (PPP) in the Ashanti Region, on yesterday 9th August 2022 defected to the National Democratic Congress (NDC).
Mr Aboagye Danyansah was the parliamentary candidate for the PPP in the 2016 and 2020 general elections for the Obuasi East Constituency.
Frank Aboagye Danyansah, holds a BSc (Hons) in Land Economy (KNUST), He is the Ashanti Regional Chairman of Ghana Real Estate Developers Association (GREDA) and Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (Rics) student member (UK)
Mr Frank Aboagye Danyansah is the Chief Executive Officer of Danywise Estate and Construction.

He is an experienced general practice surveyor with varied expertise in property management, land administration, project management valuation etc.
He has already contributed to Ghana’s housing policies, he was recently a panellist in the Colloquium on the Draft Rent Bill and the Ghana Housing Authority Bill to be presented to Parliament, after successfully being part of the National Housing Policy in 2015 and the Land Use and Spatial Planning Bill 2016.
He has enormous writeups on Ghana’s Affordable housing deficit and proffered solutions. Currently researching on The use of Bricks and Bamboo in replacement of Sandcrete and iron rods.
He has led his firm to be awarded the Upcoming Developer of the year 2014, at the 7th Ghana Property Awards 2014 and the Best Residential developer Lower Income of the year 2017 at the 10th Ghana Property Awards 2017.
He has also been awarded the Sustainable Development Goal achiever, at the SDG Awards 2020 under Real Estate and Affordable housing 2020.
He is currently leading the company to work on 5000 affordable housing projects for lower-income earners in Ghana, the Ashanti region, being his Danywise Estate and Construction and Netherlands partners Kylla Cooperate Transactions.

He was a Parliamentary Candidate in the 2012 and 2016 General Elections for the Obuasi East Constituency for the Progressive People’s Party (PPP)
He is a Property Consultant for the Ghana-Finland Chamber of commerce.
Mr Frank Aboagye Danyansah did his National Service, as the Regional Monitoring Officer for the Ghana School Feeding Program, Ashanti Region, (Regional Coordinating Council, Kumasi)
He started his working career as an Assistant Valuer at Value Properties Ghana in Obuasi and a Project Coordinator at Dumadark Enterprise and Construction at Tarkwa.

He was then appointed the Commercial Facilities Manager at an ace Oil field service company Menergy International Ghana here and was assigned to their branch also in Monrovia-Liberia.
In education, he completed Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology, Kumasi with a BSc. Land Economy. After attending Opoku Ware School, Kumasi had his Junior High School in Obuasi at Queen Egyimah International School after completing the Basic Primary at Anglogold Ashanti preparatory school.
