The Member of Parliament for Lower West Akim Constituency, Hon. Charles Acheampong engaged the heads of departments, units and agencies during their second quarter management meeting held on Thursday 27th June, 2024.
The Hon. MP expressed his gratitude to the heads for their dedication and contribution to the development of the municipality.
He expressed the optimism that with unity of purpose, hard work and commitment West Akim will see the needed development to improve the life of the citizens.
He again took the opportunity to catalogue some of the developmental projects and social interventions he is currently embarking on as the MP of the area, with every community having its fair share of the development.
Some of the projects included drilling of boreholes, construction of durbar grounds, rehabilitation of schools, financial support to traders and artisans, construction of markets and CHPS Compound among many others.
