The Minister for Lands and Natural Resources Samuel Abu Jinapor is touring the Eastern Region to continue engagements on matters of national development.
As part of the tour, the Minister met the Eastern Regional House of Chiefs where he courted the support of Nananom in the fight against illegal mining.
Mr. Abu Jinapor also met all agencies under his ministry at the Eastern Region Coordinating Council to seek their support and discuss ways possible to run an effective and efficient system.
He also made a stop to attend a ceremony organized by Richie Plantations at Atikwatiakwaso.
The government of Ghana under the auspices of the Ministry of Lands and Natural Resources presented 4 Million Hybrid Oil Palm Seedlings in support of the Green Ghana project scheduled for June 11, 2021.
