On Wednesday at the Ministry of Energy, management engaged the Management Services Department (MSD) of the Civil Service
This meeting came on the back of the MSD submitting a draft organisational manual for consideration and review prior to onward submission to the Office of the Head of Civil Service (OHCS).
The meeting which was co-chaired by Mrs Brenda Laryea Adjapawn, Director of Human Resource (HR) and Mr. Isaac Nsarko Biney, Director of Policy, Planning, Budgeting, Monitoring and Evaluation (PPBME), was to among others, discuss the effective dispensation of duty, as well as the need to strive to achieve set targets hewed from the mission and vision statement.
Mr. Biney expressed the commitment of management at ensuring integrity, reliability and innovativeness in the internal work done, as well as the general oversight of the ministry’s sector agencies.
Mrs. Adjapawn assured the MSD team of the ministry’s openness to all critiques and suggestions to the draft document, as according to her, would chart a straighter path in achieving the vision of the Ministry as a whole.
