Renowned Ghanaian gospel musician Mistress Dorcas has once again shown her deep sense of compassion by extending a helping hand to people living on the streets in the Ablekuma West Municipality of the Greater Accra Region.
Through her charitable initiative, the gospel singer donated cash, food, clothing, and other essential items to support the less privileged. The outreach has earned her widespread admiration, with many commending her consistency and genuine love for humanity.
Speaking about the initiative, Mistress Dorcas explained that the foundation carries out this humanitarian exercise every year as part of its commitment to bringing hope and relief to vulnerable members of society. She noted that witnessing the hardships faced by people on the streets deeply touches her heart, inspiring her to establish the foundation as a means of giving back.
According to her, life is extremely challenging for many individuals, especially those without access to basic necessities. She stressed that her mission is to support such people and reassure them that they are not alone or forgotten. She also encouraged the public to contribute to helping the needy in any way possible, no matter how small the gesture.
In line with her advocacy for compassion, Mistress Dorcas announced an upcoming song titled “Obra, meaning “Life.” The song reflects the struggles of everyday life and calls on Ghanaians to show love, care, and support for the less fortunate. As she continues to blend her music ministry with humanitarian work, many have praised her kindness and are praying for continued blessings upon her life and ministry.
