Issaka Amon Kotei, Local Governance Consultant, has revealed the final list of nomination of MMDCEs will be released by the close of Friday, April 25.
In an interview on Bryt Adekyee Mu Nsem in Thursday morning, he emphasized the delay is to ensure that right persons are nominated for the job, pending approval from the various Assemblies.
He was of the view that public servants at the MMDAs are in control of the business at the Assemblies with the absence of the Government representative.
Mr. Amon Kotei urged party members and the public to exercise patience and expect the nominations by the close of Friday.
President Mahama is yet to release the final nominations for the MMDCEs position in the Eastern and Ashanti regions, followers the release of that of Greater Accra region in Wednesday, April 23.
