Dreams FC defender, Issah Yakubu has said that it is his prime motive to play to the top and subsequently earn huge sums of money before he calls it a quit but says he will regret if he does not get money in football.
According to him, his career choice as a footballer will be meaningless if he is unable to achieve his prime target which is money.
In an interview with S.K Ntim of Bryt in Koforidua, he said, “my main target is to get money in football because there is life after football. Players are not entitled to any pension pay so it will be prudent for me to use my leg and get money in football”
“Everyone has his career choice and if I have chosen to play football I need to fight and reach a level that will help me in the future. I have to be rich in football” he said.
