Dr. Henry Herbert Lartey, Flagbearer of the Great Consolidated Popular Party (GCPP) has said his heart is in President Nana Akufo-Addo led administration’s Planting for Food and job as well as the One Village, One Dam.
He scored NPP administration 7/10 in overall performance for the past three years in office and said the Party is doing a good job.
Speaking on Joy FM’s Personality Profile show monitored by mybrytfmonline.com, Mr. Henry Lartey lauded the NPP for introducing the Free Senior High school policy and said they had good policies in the 2016 manifesto but he will not step down from the presidential race and join the NPP.
He said both the NPP and NDC have good policies for the 2020 election but he is thinking of Ghana, hence, joining the race for the third time and was optimistic about winning to become the sixth president in the fourth republic as he is also number six in the ballot box.
He urged Ghanaians to support the GCPP to win the upcoming elections and develop the country by supporting indigenous industries to expand and produce for the entire country.
On the party’s manifesto, the entrepreneur explained that it focused on two areas; Agriculture and Solar Energy.
“We need to eat what we grow and grow what we eat and also produce energy from natural sources for our use and sell to other countries as well,” he explained.
