The NDC in the Tamale South Constituency has appointed Mr. Abubakari Ibrahim (Pablo) as Deputy Communications Officer.
This became public following a statement released and signed by the party’s constituency secretary, Seidu Abass Alhassan.

APPOINTMENT OF COMMUNICATION OFFICERS
Following the demise of the substantive communication officer for the Tamale South Constituency, Mr.
Issahaku Mohammed- Awal(Foko), which sadly occurred on the 27th of April, 2023 and pursuant to article 51.2 of the NDC Constitution which states that, where a vacancy is occasioned by the absence of a substantive officer, the vice or the deputy shall act in his or her stead until the next elections, the Tamale South
Constituency Executive Committee at a meeting held at the constituency secretariat, on the 12th of August 2023, affirmed the automatic assumption of affice as substantive communications officer by the deputy – Mr
Issah Abdul Fatawu(FT).
Also, the Constituency Executive Committee acting in accordance with clause one(1) of the above-mentioned
article appointed Mr. Abubakari Ibrahim(Pablo) as the deputy communications officer to serve the unexpired term of Mr. Issah Abdul Fatawu who is now the substantive communications officer.
We wish both comrades the best of energies in their new roles in making the NDC victorious come the 2024
general elections.
