Founder and Leader of the Liberal Party of Ghana (LPG), Kofi Akpaloo has indicated that Prof Jane Naana Opoku-Agyemang selection as running mate by NDC Flagbearer John Dramani Mahama will add no value to his (John Mahama’s) ticket due to her poor performance at the education ministry.
Speaking to Accra based radio station, Mr. Akpaloo opined that, teachers trainee allowances were canceled during her reign as the Education Minister and based on that such treatment has brought heartaches to teachers and inexpressible hardship to poor parents.
According to him, Ghanaians have this situation in mind and will punish the NDC for such conduct.
“The cancellation of research allowance for university teachers will also cost the NDC massive defeat,” he narrated.
Kofi Akpaloo then said that the LPG is hopefully to bring victory in this coming election.
