He is scheduled to address a ceremony at the North-Rhine Westphalia Academy of International Politics in Bonn as the guest of honor.

Representatives of the British government and the President of Ghana, Nana Akufo-Addo, will also take part in the evening ceremony on the grounds of the Düsseldorf racecourse. NRW has had a close partnership with Ghana for more than 20 years.
