Relationship drives everything (positive or negative) on earth. Young people who dreams of fulfilling their personal, and corporate leadership objectives in life, would have to take time to establish quality relationships, according to Richard Kumadoe Leadership Expert Icon has emphasised.
He has, also made the point that, some critical benefits of good relationships include the effectiveness of individuals and groups within the relationship cycles becoming critical cornerstones, and serving as key stepladders to aid the climbing process of achieving several strategic objectives.
Mr. Richard Kumadoe on Thursday morning had the privilege of speaking as a key resource person at the NASPA 2023 Mentorship and Leadership Summit at Sege-Ada.
He implored young people to create a value system that attracts the best people into their folds, especially into their inner cycles (personal & corporate).
“Strategic positioning, nurturing and effective communication over time, will all help in advancing various key relationships, being it at the personal level, corporate, political, economic or social levels, but it’s also important to create a value system that is efficient, and prioritise above all other things”.
“Without valuable values, the wind will blow off your gains, and life will become a miserable mystery, full of ups and downs”, Mr. Kumadoe stated.
He added that “Gains in life will be effectively sustained when we have values, which has been tested and attested by our mentors and mentees on vertical and horizontal lines. Remember, our values will become our essential trademark in every productive environment”.
He implored that quality relationships takes time to develop, and the sustenance of it, will greatly depend on our willingness, and ability to live up to expectation: knowing very well that, bad behaviour and awkward attitudes have negative repercussions and consequential effects.
Mr. Kumadoe again entreated participants to remember that, beautiful profitable relationships thrives on trust, honesty, integrity, accountability and responsibility, and urged them to strive for excellence in building up their relationships, and in the maintenance of same.
