A special program was held at Apenten Hall in Koforidua, the capital of the Eastern Region, where Nature Tour Events and Consultancy Limited (also known as Nsa Ano Adwuma So Wo Mfaso) organized a gift giveaway for its awardees.
During the event, Kenneth Asare Frimpong, spokesperson for Nsa Ano Adwuma So Wo Mfaso, addressed the media, explaining the purpose of the gathering. He shared that Nature Tour Events and Consultancy Limited was established five to six years ago with the support of the Chainis Initiative. Frimpong also emphasized that registration for the program is a one-time membership fee, and those who were unable to register at the event could still do so in the future.
He encouraged many people to join, noting that it would bring benefits not only to them but also to their families.
Dasebre Nana Kwaku Boateng III, the representative of the New Juaben Manhene, also addressed the audience. He emphasized the importance of entrepreneurship over working for the government. Dasebre Nana stated that many people remain unmotivated because they lack the necessary support. However, he believes that proper training and apprenticeships can make life easier for individuals. He added that one crucial lesson is that a lazy person will go hungry, while hard work leads to success.
He also expressed his pride in seeing so many individuals show interest in the program and revealed plans to support those who have completed their training by providing opportunities for them to start their own businesses. Dasebre Nana urged those who had received items during the giveaway to use them wisely to ensure they benefit in the future.
The awardees expressed their deep gratitude to the Chainis Initiative for providing them with equipment that would make their work easier. They pledged to use the items effectively and hoped that future opportunities would be available for others who could not participate this time. The awardees expressed their appreciation for the support and assistance they had received.
