NDC drags the criminal Electoral Commission of Ghana to court to stop them from re-collating, re-counting or re-declaring parliamentary elections results.
Every criminal actor in this process will face the full rigor of the law after January 7.
This is an Electoral Commission that refused to cross and cancel unused pinksheets when I demanded.
Dr. Omane Boamah Director of IT of the NDC wrote “Are you surprised loose pinksheets are floating around to aid the illegal re-collation and re-declaration as the NPP is demanding?””
He added this is the very Commission that promised (Bossman Asare and Tettey) not to use pen markers as indelible ink yet did that in some polling stations.
