Some youth groups of the main opposition National Democratic Congress have thrown their support to aspiring Deputy Regional Youth Organiser, Comrade Fohad Agbenyadzi to help strengthen the party’s youth mobilisation ahead of the 2024 general elections.
According to the youth, the dynamic and enthusiastic qualities of Comrade Agbenyadzi is what the party need to ensure victory for the party and also increase vote of the NDC in the region as well.
Speaking with the reporter, some of the youth indicated that the NDC is poised to winning the 2024 general elections and that demands good and experience leaders to make it a reality.
“We are not going into the 2024 elections to play because Ghanaians are looking up to the NDC to redeem them from the insensitive Akufo-Addo led government. That’s why we are supporting people with the experience and commitment to ensure the NDC win the elections convincingly” some of the youth insisted.
They added “Comrade Fohad Agbenyadzi has been with us over the years and has written a good name by contributing to the party’s activities at all times”.
The Youth Groups, however, called on delegates to vote for competent persons to acquire the various positions as far as the party’s internal elections is concerned.
