Twenty-three students from 3 tertiary institutions in the Ayawaso West Wuogon Constituency in Accra have donated a sum of GH¢1,850 to Ghanaian actor and politician John Dumelo’s second bid to Parliament.
The ladies, who are students of the University of Ghana, Legon, University of Professional Studies, Accra and the Knustford University, made an official presentation to Mr Dumelo at a brief ceremony in his office on Tuesday, March 14.
Mr. Dumelo lost to the incumbent NPP MP in the 2020 general elections but has decided to contest the seat again.
