Ghanaian actress and film producer, Yvonne Nelson, has counselled young women not to have abortions regardless of the circumstances.
Many women describe various reasons for choosing abortion. Some women who have had abortions state reasons such as not being ready to have a kid or the circumstances that led to the pregnancy.
The mother of one has turned to Twitter to preach against the termination of pregnancies regardless of the circumstances. If they are not ready to be parents, Yvonne Nelson advises women to use protection during sexual intercourse with their partners.
She wrote on her Twitter page, “Abortion? Don’t do it. If you get pregnant, have the baby. If you aren’t ready to be a parent, protect yourself. It’s a blessing to conceive….. I’ll tell you guys a story soon.”
