Over 200 out of 515 delegates in the New Juabeng North Constituency in the Eastern Region has publicly declared their total support for Chairman William Amankrah to contest the impending NPP Presidential and Parliament primaries.
Mr. William Amankrah contested the just ended Npp constituency elections as chairman but couldn’t win.
Due to his enormous support to commuters, delegates in the constituency are therefore calling on him to stand as an MP in order for him to continue his good works.
The delegates who expressed strong interest in him want him to continue his good works and lead the party in the 2024 parliamentary and Presidential election in order to break the 8.
Some of the delegates told the media that they have unanimously declared their support for Mr William Amankrah due to his kind of leadership exhibited in New Juabeng North constituency.
The delegates stated that Mr Amankrah has proven to be a good leader and a father for all, hence will prefer him to lead the party into the 2024 general election in the constituency.

Assembly member for Asekesu, Hon. Ben Larbo indicated that Mr William Amankrah is a unifier.
He added that, Mr Amankrah has maintained the unity within New Juabeng North constituency through commitment to the entire constituency with infrastructural and human development despite his failure to win the championship position.
He added that, they are overwhelmed with the numerous projects ongoing in the constituency, despite his failure to win the NPP championship position and therefore cannot wait for him to represent them in Parliament.
“You have been tried and tested and proven your mettle. As a result of this, we the delegates, numbering over 200 want you to stand as an MP” they said.
Hon. William Amankrah during his campaign tour ahead of NPP Constituency elections constructed a mechanized borehole to curb the persistent water crisis at Asekesu No.1 health Centre, which cost him over GHC15,000.00.
Again , Chairman Amankrah on Saturday 25th June 2022, he commissioned a bridge for the people of Oyoko Asuogya a suburb of Koforidua which cost him GHC40,000.00
