Chief Executive Officer of the National Health Insurance Authority, Dr. Okoe Boye met a host of Private Health Insurance Scheme Heads at the NHIA Head Office in Accra.
The meet up was to deliberate on measures to enhance collaboration between the Private led Health Insurance Schemes and the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS).
Top of the discussions were ways to ensure the operationalisation of the NHIA Act 852 section 27 (1&2).
The Act seems to mandates the Authority to incorporate all members of the Private Health Insurance Schemes unto the NHIS.
