The National Health Insurance Authority has donated some Emergency Trolleys, Wheelchairs, and Electronic Blood Pressure Monitoring Machines to three Health Facilities in Accra.
They are; the Accra Regional Hospital (Ridge Hospital), the ICU at Korle Bu Teaching Hospital, and the Kaneshie Polyclinic.
Presenting the items on behalf of the Authority, the NHIA Boss Dr. Okoe Boye said the donation was to assist the facilities in its delivery of healthcare to NHIS Members and all other patients.
Healthcare staff who were on duty on that day were also treated to sumptuous meals from Pappa’s Pizza which collaborated with the NHIA to put smiles on the faces of the staff.
